DUAL CROWN CARTEL — GTA V: SEASON ONE
Season One follows the Dual Crown Cartel as the organization sets its sights on its next major expansion: Los Santos.
DCC is not entering Los Santos as a group trying to make a name for itself. The organization has already built its reputation, resources, wealth, and influence across multiple territories, with operations stretching from Hong Kong to Ibiza and Hawaii. Hong Kong remains the organization’s primary hub and strongest financial base, but the Cartel has reached a point where continued growth means entering new territory.
That opportunity comes through Commander V-Dub.
Already established in Los Santos, V-Dub has spent years learning the city, building wealth, understanding its opportunities, and seeing firsthand what the city has to offer. His assessment is simple: Los Santos could become another major territory for DCC.
Based on that information, the Boss makes the decision to personally travel to Los Santos alongside Lieutenant Kimbo.
But arriving in the city is only the beginning.
Over the course of Season One, the DCC must learn how Los Santos operates from the inside. The organization will explore new business opportunities, establish resources, build relationships, develop new sources of income, and determine who in the city can be trusted.
Commander V-Dub serves as an important bridge between DCC and Los Santos. His existing knowledge of the city gives the organization a starting point, but even his experience cannot prepare them for every opportunity, threat, alliance, or complication they will encounter.
Major Ninety-Nine, Lieutenant Kimbo, Commander V-Dub, and the Boss become the central figures in an expansion that will test more than DCC’s ability to make money. They must determine whether the organization’s structure, loyalty, and way of doing business can survive in a city with its own criminal ecosystem.
Throughout the season, new opportunities will gradually expose DCC to deeper levels of Los Santos. What begins with establishing businesses and generating income can lead into increasingly ambitious operations, dangerous encounters, unexpected partnerships, and major scores.
Every success moves the organization closer to establishing a permanent DCC presence in Los Santos. Every mistake threatens the expansion.
Season One ultimately asks one question:
Can the Dual Crown Cartel successfully establish Los Santos as its next territory?
Because Los Santos is not the final destination.
If the expansion succeeds, the organization will turn its attention toward an even more personal objective: Vice City.
With Lieutenant Kimbo and Preice having roots there, Vice City represents more than another opportunity for expansion. It represents the next chapter in DCC’s evolution.
But before the Cartel can think about Vice City, it has to survive Los Santos.
Fourteen Saturdays. One expansion. One city to conquer.
